Poor quality parts of the road leading to the Kunduz airport are being rebuilt

Kunduz: This 5.76 km long asphalt road with relevant buildings extends from the beginning of Bazar-e-Sardawra to the Kunduz Airport.

Based on the complaints of the people; the leadership of the Ministry of Public Works sent a technical team to the site to review and evaluate the project, so the team was determined that the segregation that had occurred at the road level should accordingly be repaired.

The technical team of this ministry obliged the contracting company to put another layer (wearing course) in the damaged parts of the road structure.

According to the Ministry of Public Works, the damaged parts are currently underworked by the project contractor in the field and will be completed in the coming few days.
