A 45-meter long bridge in Maidan Wardak is under-construction

Maidan Wardak: The construction of a 45-meter long RCC Bridge located in Jankhan village of Sayed Abad district in Maidan Wardak province, which included a 1.24 km connecting road, shows 30% progress so far.

The project, worth a total of 22 million Afghanis that was funded from Afghanistan’s national budget, has been signed between the Ministry of Public Works and a private construction company.

It is noteworthy that with the completion of this project; In addition to solve the transportation challenges of the residents of Jankhan village, it will also solve the problem of other villages that are located in the neighboring area.

According to the Ministry of Public Works, this project has been created around 650 employment opportunities for the local laborers too.
