Ghor: The project of Sarjangal Village's road reaches 28% physical progress

The 10-kilometer long rural road project, which extends from Sartika Ghal village of Lal Sarjangal district toward Dahan-e- Tika Bridge, is under construction with almost 28% physical progress.

The project was signed with two local development councils at a cost of more than 27 million Afghanis that are paid from the national developing budget of the Afghan government.

With the completion of this road, the transportation problems of the residents of Sartika Ghal and Dahan Tika villages will be totally solved. Furthermore, the Sarjangal area will be connected to the center of the district and vice-versa to Dawlatyar district and finally to the capital of Ghor province.

According to National Rural Access Program(NRAP) managing unit, this project has also been created some 1500 working days of job opportunities for the local residents that are being directly benefited from the project.
