Kabul: The project of a 5.8 km long asphalt road in Deh-Sabz hits 30% work progress

The project of a 5.8-kilometer-long asphalt road, which starts from the Khwaja Chaasht crossroads of Deh Sabz district and reaches close to the “Allahgul Mujahid Madrasa”, is under construction that has 30% work progress so far.

The project, worth more than 83 million Afghanis, has been contracted between the Ministry of Public Works and a private construction company and is funded from the Afghan government's national budget.

With the completion of this road project, the transportation problems of the residents of Deh Sabz district will be solved and will facilitate thousands of people to be got to and from their designated destinations on time and more comfortably.

It is noteworthy, during the construction of this road project; around 1420 working days have also been created for the local workers, which were directly benefited from this project.
